How It Works

The crew will arrive to the jobsite with a dumpster, because we always haul away the waste.

Once the crew has dropped the dumpster we will begin to prep and mask the surrounding areas to prevent any damage or dust.

The crew will bring any tools that will be required to perform the demolition project.

For a full bathroom demolition, we will start by checking your sink and toilet valves to make sure they are in working order so we don’t run into any leaks during the demo process. (If broken we provide shark bite caps)

First we will start by demoing your vanity countertop and sink. After these are removed, we will unscrew and remove the vanity.

The next step will be to remove the toilet. We like to start with the vanity and toilet because this gives more space to remove the bath tub.

To start removing the tub and shower we will begin by removing any tile, drywall, or hardie board that is on the shower walls.

The next step will be unscrewing the drain from the underground plumbing, and then we will either cut the tub into smaller pieces or take it out as a whole unit.

Now that we have removed the tub, vanity, and toilet we can start with removing the flooring. After the flooring is removed, we will scrape all of the flooring to make sure there isn’t any leftover thinset or glue so that the new flooring can be installed properly.

After that is completed, we will remove any towel racks, medicine cabinets, or light fixtures.

Then we will do a water test by turning your water main back on and making sure there isn’t any water leaks.

Finally we will shop vac, sweep and clean the area. Then we will remove any protection or plastic.
